How do you clean Thomas Payne RV furniture?
Cleaning Thomas Payne RV furniture is relatively easy, but it primarily depends on the type of material your furniture is made out of.
Almost all Thomas Payne furniture is made from a PolyHyde material. To clean this material, it is best to simply wipe it down with warm water and mild soap. For spot cleaning, you can wipe down the furniture using a warm rag or wipe.
Do not use any harsh chemicals or abrasive items to clean the furniture. If you do, it could damage the upholstery, leading to cracks or flaking in the future.
A soft cloth and mild soap are strong enough to clean off the material without damaging it.
Additionally, do not use any upholstery protections on the PolyHyde material. For example, do not use Scotchguard.
Instead, the material is made so that you don’t need to add anything else to it, other than soap and warm water.
