The high performance 12,000 BTU burner will heat the water quickly. The anode rod and drain plug are combined, with front access, making service a breeze. The limit switch reset button & on/off switch for the heat element are accessible through the outer door. The door (MUST ORDER SEPARATLEY) includes the hinge kit, door latch and mounting hardware.
